● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing
each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments: Sheet C 1. Revise plans to reflect current designations for occupancy classifications. Reference
section 302.1 IBC
2. Annotate on plans the required fire rating for the structural elements to be influenced
by the proposed construction. Reference Table 601 IBC 3. Indicate on the plans the rating for required fire assembly separation and shafts proposed. Reference Chapter 7 of the IBC
4. Clarify scope of work. Application and plans conflict. Reference section 107.2 IBC
5. Provide mechanical, electrical, gas piping, and plumbing plans sealed by a registrant
licensed in the State of Colorado. Reference section 107.2 IBC and State of Colorado Registrant rules and regulations. 6. Provide structural design for the proposed gunite pool reviewed and accepted by the
engineer of record. Reference section 107.2 IBC
