Hi Burke:
I am in MX and just now online so I caught your mail. So long as the Carroll's plans conform with the master plan
for the Snow Fox exterior it is approved. I do not have time or a large screen to review the drawings but would
trust our architect and the TOV review_ A unit owner can design the interior of the unit and finish it as they see fit
so long as it meets any applicable TOV specs. One thing to remind you about is the sound deadening
underlayment requirement which is a Snow Fox requirement for any hard surface flooring..
You can see if this email meets the TOV requirement regarding Association approval. If not maybe Dan or one of
the other board members can draft a hard copy letter.
Keep me in the loop. I return to CO may 7th. Good luck -- but it should be getting easier as this is the fourth unit to
get enclosed. If you need to get into mine to look at anything let me know.

Asbestos Testing & Abatement Requirements
Asbestos testing and abatement protects workers, homeowners, neighbors and emergency services responders from ex-
posure to harmful asbestos. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with the State. Please contact the State directly
for their requirements at the contact info listed below.
When is asbestos testing required?
ANY building projects disturbing more than these threshold levels of building materials require asbestos testing:
One- and Two - Family Dwellings: 32 square feet
All Others (commercial spaces, hotel rooms, etc): 160 square feet
Definition of a single- family dwelling: any dwelling unit that is used primarily for a single family, including
multi- family /condominium units, and fractional fee units.
Tests which identify POSITIVE results at more than 1% require abatement by a State - certified abatement contractor.

This is an Electrical Load report for the Vail Community
Development Office for the remodel at Snow Fox 203, Vail
CO. I am the electrician working for Burke Harrington
Construction. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my
name is Michael Koenen.
The property has mutable apartments. The remodel has its own meter. The
meter has a 100 amp single phase main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a
#2 THN alumin�m wire fr�m th�meter.
The only power requirements we are adding two recessed lights with
SO watt bulbs. The deck is changed into a larger living room. I will be
adding 3 receptacles in the new room .Also, an 8 foot electric baseboard
heater. This would use 1000 watts.
With the changes there should be �100 watts
