I have talked with Lorie Gordon and we agree that the trees should be removed. So I think that provides the
approval you need.

I just heard from Mike, the tree guy, and he says we'll need a letter from the Homeowner's Association granting
their approval to remove the two trees in question- both the one by your unit and the one by Gordon's unit #2.
With that, he can complete his application for the permit from the Town.
Is that something that Jack can write up, or is there someone else who would need to do it? If there is no
president or single representative for the Association, it would need to be signed off on by a majority of the
hoard members.
