Dear Community Development:
Attaclied is an application for a Building Permit fvr the Tanous Residence located at 133 Willow
Bridge Road#19, Riva Ridge Chalets North subdivision.
The work is as follows:
1. Expand the current bathroom in the east bedroom by moving the entrance door from
the living room.
2. Remove the exisring bedroom and put it on the westerly wall with an egress window.
3. Reiocate the icitchen to the center of the unit.
4. Put the main bathroom back to where it was originally.

Dear Martin:
Attached are two stamped plans for the Tanous Residence in response to your e-mail of April 27,
2015. All of your questions on the plans are answered and addressed as follows:
1. Construction Type VA, R-2 Residential Group.
2. Typical wall section. These units are all internally framed in wood.
3. We have no fire penetrations outside the shell of the unit.
4. The existing window is a 24"x 37"window.
5. 75% of the lighting bulbs will meet efficiency with the latest technology.
In response to your e-mail of Apri130, 2015:
l. Sill height is 44 inches which meets the minimum net clear opening requirements of
Section 1029.2.1.
