Mr. Bock,
The town needs your signature as HOA President on two applications I have. Yours and one over on Moraine.
Are you by any chance around or could you write me an email stating that you are the HOA president and that you
approve the jobs.
The first is yours.
The second is two cottonwood removals over at 1422 Moraine Dr. We will also be removing the stem of one aspen that is
dead and a 1/2 inch diameter crab apple tree that is dead. The cottonwoods are possibly causing damage to the
neighbors walk way and the others root system is going directly towards the foundation of the house.
