B, Vail Village Filing #11). These built private encroachments include but are not
limited to stone walls, steps, lawn edging and lawn irrigation.

Hope all us well with you and that you had a fun winter in Vail.
I am writing to ask for your consent, as required by TOV, to remove and replace diseased trees on our
side of the property. A total of 9 are afflicted with scale and are beyond salvage. They now represent a
fire hazard.
If you could execute the enclosed for our submittal as soon as possible we would appreciate it. We
cannot complete our landscaping until trees are removed and new ones placed.
