Inspected expansion anchors at wood ledger plates to concrete walls East side unit& expansion anchors at steel ledger angles to concrete walls for slab support back side of building East unit. Inspection included verification of anchor diameter, type, spacing, and nut/washer installation. Also verified detail3 on S8 (plans dated 4-7- 15) showed welded connections were acceptable at beams bearing on columns. The steel materials, expansion anchor bolting, and welding inspected/verified above appeared to be in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code. To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the structural steel onsite welding, material verification, and anchors installed in hardened concrete East Side Unit except for anchors at stone veneer angle support. Further inspections will need to be performed on the West side unit & anchors at stone veneer angle support both units. uu�i:as�:.
