A practical difficulty or physical limitation may result from the size, shape, or dimensions of a site or the location of existing structures thereon; from topographic or physical conditions on the site or in the immediate vicinity. As the land is owned by each owner, not one owner is willing to forfeit part of their property to house a recycling dumpster.
