I hereby give my approval for Piece Art Gallery to hang the sign at Village Center as described
on the attached Application for Design Review.

Description for outside building hanging sign for Piece Art Gallery
122 E Meadow Drive, Unit E -1, Vail CO 81657
Outside sign is two sided, (from east side black background with white lettering,
from west side white background with black lettering) with identical logo stating
"Piece Art Gallery ".
Size of the sign is 24 "x 24 ", 2D printed on aluminum sheet metal (see sign
maker's estimate for details).
Two sheets of metal with printed logos are attached (bolted) on welded, 1 inch
metal square profile frame size 24 "x 24 ". Whole frame is painted black.
Suspension:
Top of the frame has two 3/8" closed eyebolts (each can handle load up to 350 lbs.)
welded to the frame. Sign is connected with building roof bracket by using two '/4"
closed Quick links (each can handle load up to 1200 lbs.)
Please see my computer simulated picture attached to this form for better
understanding of final look of new store sing. Image shows both, current and future
situation.
I also would like to place vinyl sticker on main frameless glass entrance door.
Sticker is 16 "x 16" and has the same logo design (black background with white
letters) as above.
