Besides complying with the current TOV roof material standards by eliminating wood cedar shakes,this application is to add the original TOV approved house plans which show a cricket design which spans the valley roof connection between the two sides of our duplex. For unknown reason this addition was eliminated during construction. Recently we are experiencing water penetration in this valley area and thus we are applying to now add this structure, after which we will replace the entire wood cedar shake material with asphalt shingles.
