certificate of occupancy. Subject to the above input and
comment by the Art in Public Places Board, the Applicant
will determine the type and location of the art to be
provided. Said Plan shall include the funding for a minimum
of$70,000.00 in public art improvements to be developed in
conjunction with the Strata project.
