BUILDING COMMENTS Architectural Comments: Sheet L-3 1. Plans to reflect how accessibility is to be achieved. References section 3411.5 IBC. 2. Show how safety barrier is being provided as per project notes Structural Comments: Sheet S-1 1. Please identify special inspections if required per Chapter 17 IBC. Plumbing Comments: Provide plans sealed and signed by registrant licensed in the State of Colorado. Plans to be in conformance with Town of Vail submittal requirements and State of Colorado Article 25 of Title 12, C.R.S. Mechanical Comments: Provide plans sealed and signed by registrant licensed in the State of Colorado.
