RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS ● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment. BUILDING COMMENTS Architectural Comments: Sheet L-3 1. Plans to reflect how accessibility is to be achieved. References section 3411.5 IBC.
2. Show how safety barrier is being provided as per project notes Structural Comments: Sheet S-1 1. Please identify special inspections if required per Chapter 17 IBC.
Plumbing Comments: Provide plans sealed and signed by registrant licensed in the State of Colorado. Plans to be in conformance with Town of Vail submittal requirements and State of Colorado Article 25 of Title 12, C.R.S.

PLANNING COMMENTS
1. Provide a staging and access plan as required per the Design Review Board
approval 2. Plans do not reflect revegitation requirements for stream tract per the Design Review Board approval. 3. Boulder layout is not in conformance with approved Design Review Board plans.
