The applicant shall plant five, 2-2.5 inch caliper aspens between the two proposed
sidewalks in the general vicinity of the five mature aspens to be removed.

Prior to requesting a final approval, the applicant shall consult with Gregg Barrie,
TOV landscape architect, to determine an appropriate replacement plan in order to
adequately screen the electrical transformer beyond the two pine trees fronting
Lionshead Loop East. Five to seven, five gallon choke cherry bushes (or similar)
will suffice.
