Dear : Mr. Prichard Attached you will find our specifications and panel description to supply a 4’ x 6’ Exterior structure using our polystyrene core panels. In reading our proposal you will find that Guard-Buildings,LLC has been in business since 1990 and we provided a complete package, in the package you will see all of the details are taken care of and nothing is left to the customer to "figure out." A few tasks that Guard - Buildings, Inc. will perform for you are as follows: Guard-Buildings,LLC exclusive "RED LINE" policy: A full set of drawings are mailed to you for YOUR approval. We do not produce until you are happy with the layout. WALLS STEEL EXTERIOR / STEEL INTERIOR : EXTERIOR WALLS The walls shall be 3" thick composite panels. The exterior facing shall be 26 gage stucco embossed steel. The interior facing shall be 26 gauge steel. The core shall be of 3.375” thick 1 lb. polystyrene. The entire panel shall be laminated together using a solvent free two-part polyurethane adhesive and pressure. The panels shall have formed edge connectors that are capable of being friction locked without mechanical fasteners using a full length joint without through metal connectors. The joint shall allow lateral expansion and contraction. This shall result in a structural panel that shall not require support columns every 4'. FLAT ROOF W/ 6” OVERHANG POLYSTYRENE ROOF -4", 3-PLY. The roof shall be 3" thick composite sandwich panels. Both sides shall be stucco-embossed Steel pre-painted white. The core shall be of 1 lb. density polystyrene foam. The entire panel shall be laminated together using a solvent free two-part polyurethane adhesive and pressure. The panels shall have formed edge connectors that are capable of being friction locked without mechanical fasteners using a full-length joint without through metal connectors. WALL & ROOF CORE POLYSTYRENE: The polystyrene core shall have the following mechanical properties; Shear strength (flatwise) 18 -22 PSI Shear Modulus (flatwise) 280 - 320 PSI The water absorption rate shall be less than 4% INSULATION All wall and roof panels shall be insulated to a minimum R value of 16.68. WINDOWS PICTURE WINDOW: 3 sides Picture windows providing 360 degree view They shall be installed 42" off the floor, glazed with 1/4” Tempered safety or better, and shall be an integral part of the wall panel. The window shall be non-opening, and the entire window frame shall be painted in accordance with AAMA Specification 603.8. or Aluminum ELECTRICAL ELECTRICAL PACKAGE - Surface Mount: 1 EACH INCLUDED: Based on customer supplied specs. The electrical package shall consist Armored Flex and attached to surface mounted 2x4 boxes at receptacle locations. There shall be (1) duplex receptacles, (1) fluorescent fixture, This package shall meet NEC (current edition). Wiring is included. 125 AMP Three PHASE 6 SPACE MAIN LUG BREAKER BOX: 1 EACH The electrical service shall include an indoor load center of sufficient amperage and circuit capacity as to handle all lighting loads, receptacles and HVAC systems. NOTE: The entire electrical system for the modular building shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code and shall meet all N.E.C requirements. HVAC - COOLING AND HEATING (PACKAGE UNIT): Base Board Heater with Thermostat HVAC shall consist of a "Package" unit. This unit shall be of ample capacity as to allow for approximately 400 square feet per ton cooling and heating. The unit shall be mounted Roof top or through wall. your choice. FLOORS: 1/4” Steel Diamond plate painted or .080 Aluminum/OSB or VCT/OSB your choice, Mounted on 3” Structural Tube A500. MATERIAL & LABOR MATERIAL AND LABOR TO INSTALL: PRE ASSEMBLED All the above shall be installed to include erection of mezzanine, erection of all walls, ceiling, and HVAC systems. All utilities shall be complete and ready for use with final connection by others. Work area and lay down areas shall be broom cleaned daily as not to interfere with ongoing work in and around the warehouse facility. FREIGHT All the above, including all connectors, engineered drawings and bill of materials shall be shipped FOB Our Plant. FREIGHT IS NOT INCLUDED. We do not produce until you are happy with the layout. A full set of drawings for your files in case you later decide to take advantage of the unlimited flexibility of our modular wall systems. Our crews are fully insured. Guard-Buildings, LLC offers a full one year warranty on the product and the workmanship. We remind our customers that this proposal is valid for 30 days. For payment terms and pricing verification beyond this period we ask that you call our office. Guard-Buildings,LLC PAYMENT TERMS: All sales are subject to final approval by finance department and may require alternate payment methods or terms. Each Order shall be considered a separate and independent transaction. Should Buyer default on payment of Order and Guard-Buildings,LLC should employ an attorney to enforce any provision hereof or to collect damages for breach of Terms, Buyer agrees to pay Guard-Buildings,LLC its reasonable attorney fees and all other costs incurred by Guard-Buildings,LLC in connection with such suit and legal rate of interest and penalties as set forth below. Standard Terms are as follows: Quick Ships payment are do at order. All pre-assembled structures require 50% deposits and balance beforeTime of shipment. Projects outside the continental USA will require down payment and payment in full prior to shipment. Guard- Buildings does not accept retainage on projects If payment terms are not met, purchaser agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1% per month on the unpaid balance, and any legal or collection fees incurred by the seller. Please note that price quoted does not include: Any applicable Sales Tax Unloading and staging materials at work site Permits, bonds, licenses or fees as may be required by governing agencies Relocation or modification of existing buildings or structures Final connection to any utilities Compliance with appropriate building codes is the responsibility of the purchaser of the building. The modular building in this proposal is based upon the following assumptions: Floor area where building will be installed is a flat, level concrete floor. Area is clear and free of any obstructions such as columns, equipment, inventory, etc. There are no field modifications or special cuts necessary other than quoted. Unloading the product upon arrival (a forklift will be required) and staging at installation site is by the customer. Damage caused by customer will be charged price equal to quote plus additional freight or man-hours involved to correct. Change orders shall be in writing and may affect completion dates.
