General lnformation: This application is required for aii proposafs involving minor changes to bufldings and site improve-
ments, such as roofing, painting, window additians, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town
Code sections can be found at www.vaiigov. .�m under Vai! Information--Town Code Oniine. Ali projects requiring de-
sign review must receive approval prior to submitfiang a buiiding permit application. An app(ication for Design Review
cannot be accepted unti!al! required,information is received by the Comrnunity Deveiopment Departrnent, as outlined in
tt�e submittal requirements. The project may atso need to be reviewed by the Town Council andbr the Planning and
Environmental Commission. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approvat, unless a building per-
mit is issued and constnaction cammences.
