The Map for Bell Tower Cvndominiums, as de�ined in the Declaration, was recorded on January 16, 1989, in Book 498, Page 704, of the real property i-ecords of Eagle County, Colorado (the ,�Map��} Paragi•aph 2(a) of the Declaration provided that the real properCy interests described in the Declaration were divided into 13 condominium units designated C- 1 through C-12, inclusive, and R-1, (which included those areas designated on the Map far reference purposes only as R-1A and R-1B), each consisting of a unit, an undivided interest in the general common eIements appurtenant to such unit as set forth in Exhibit B attached to the Declaratian, and the exclusive or non-exclusive right to use and enjoy Iimited common elements, as set forth in Exhibit B attached to the Dectaration, Paragraph 2(e) of the Declaration reserved onto the Declarant and "successoi- owners" of Units C-1 through C-12, inclusive, and R-1, the i•ight to take cei-tain action � with respect to their awned units including the right to combine units, subject to the provisions and requirements of Paragraph 2(e) and the Declaration. Indywest I.LC., a Colorado limited liability company, is the owner of Units C-6 thraugh C-12, inclusive, Bell Tower Condominiums, and wishes to avail itself of the provisions of Paragraph 2(e) of the Declaration to provide that said units have been physically combined into one single unit. Unit C-6 through C-12, inclusive, are hereby combined into a single tinit, re-designated as Unit R-2, and Unit R-2 shall confiain all of the aii•space shown on the Map as Units C-6 through C-12, inclusive. In addition, pursuant to Paragraph 2(g)(i) of fihe Declaration, those areas shown on the Map as L.C.E. Hall Units C-6 through C-12; L.C,E. Bathroams C-6 through C-12, and L.C.E. Kitchen �C-6 thraugh C- 12, are enclosed and rr�ade a part of re-designated Unit R-2. The limited comman elements described in Paragraph 2(g)(i� of the Declaration as L.C.E.
