Background
Final Duct Leakage Performance testing was completed for all upper level units in buildings 1 and 2
of Lion's Ridge Apartments.
The Town of Vail has adopted the 2012 IECC, which currently requires that losses within the duct
system do not exceed 4 cubic feet per minute(cfm)to the exterior of the unit for every 100 square feet
of living space.
