Dear Mr. Drayton:
Work has been completed on the Lion’s Ridge Apartments Access. To the best of my
knowledge, the materials and workmanship were completed in general compliance with
the plans, specifications for the above referenced permit. During our site review you
noticed that a trial yield sign was not properly founded. Apparently, it has been decided to remove the trail yield signs and this was agreed to with the Town of Vail. I have a
attached a letter of compliance of materials and construction prepared by HP Geotech.
