September 29, 2015 Mr. Devin Drayton Access Permit Manager Colorado Department of Transportation 222 South 6th Street, Room 100 Grand Junction, CO 81501 Via email: devin.drayton@dot.state.co.us RE: Final Acceptance CDOT Permit No. 314034 Lion’s Ridge Apartments (Timber Ridge Redevelopment) North Frontage Road Improvements Dear Mr. Drayton: Work has been completed on the Lion’s Ridge Apartments Access. To the best of my knowledge, the materials and workmanship were completed in general compliance with the plans, specifications for the above referenced permit. During our site review you noticed that a trial yield sign was not properly founded. Apparently, it has been decided to remove the trail yield signs and this was agreed to with the Town of Vail.
