General In#armation: A conditional use permit is required for any use classified as"conditianal"in any of the
Town's zone districts. Uses listed as conditional uses are subject to such conditions and limitations as the
Town may prescribe to ensure that the location and aperation of the canditional uses wili be in accordance
with develapment objectives of the Town and will not be detrimental to other uses or prope�ties. The pro-
posed project may also require other permits or applications andlo� review by the Design Review Baard
