The following are our responses to the structural comments: 1. Code and design criteria: see structural general notes on sheet S3.0, issued in the revised construction documents, dated December 9, 2013. 2. Special Inspection criteria: see structural general notes, section 2 on sheet S3.0, issued in the revised construction documents, dated December 9, 2013. 3. Design for guard rails: see section 1/S2.2 on sheet S2.2, issued in the revised construction documents, dated December 9, 2013.
