The new Three Phase power source and Panel is located in the Mechanical/Boiler room servicing the Gas Boiler system far all of the common areas of the complex. An Amperage test was performed at the main 400 Amp power source with everything in full operation. The amp draw on'A' Phase is 49 Amps, 'B' Phase is 57 Amps, and 'C' Phase is 64 Amps. The new Garage Door Opener is rated for 9 Amps.
