Vail Local Housing Authority (VLHA)
June 5, 2014 at 3:30 PM

George Ruther
Steve Lindstrom called the meeting to order at 3:34 PM.
Craig Cohn made a motion to approve the January 28, 2014 meeting minutes. Mary McDougall seconded the motion. There was no further discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
George Ruther provided the members with an update on the recently completed Chamonix Market Study. He will get everyone an electronic copy when it is complete. He also provided the members
with an update on Timber Ridge. The Town Council will be considering changes to land lease for the proposed redevelopment. Construction must commence by August 15, 2014 or the current
deal expires.
Housing Authority members were invited to the Town Council’s July 8 tour of housing developments in Summit County.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:45 PM.
