Hi Martin,
Thank you very much for your time and information we reviewed yesterday regarding the building
permit for the Sebastian Penthouse. We have reviewed the options outlined internally and with the
contractors and as the owners representative we are requesting to move forward to transfer the
building permit (B14-0081— Project PRJ 13-0281) from Haselden Resort Contractors to Silich
Construction, Inc. effective on Friday, December 11, 2015.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from myself or John Silich. I greatly
appreciate our discussion yesterday and it was quite helpful and productive to have everyone in the
same room. I hope you have a great weekend and a good Thanksgiving.
