condominium plat under the name and style of Eighth Supplemental Condominium Piat, Potato Patch Club
Condominiums, a subdivision in the Town of Vail, County of Eagle; and does hereby accept the
responsibility for the completion of required improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the
public roads and other public improvements and places as shown on the accompanying plat to the use of
the public forever; and does hereby dedicate those portions of said real property which are indicated as
easement on the accompanying plat as easements for the purpose shown hereon; and does hereby grant
the right to install and maintain necessary structures to the entity responsible for providing the senrices for

Transfer and Conveyance of Common Elements
Pursuant to the affirmative vote of at least 67% of the Members of the Potato Patch Club Condominium, Inc.
(the "Association") and at least 67% of the First Mortgagees in accordance with Section 18.3.4 of the
Condominium Declaration, this plat has been approved by the Members of the Association and First
Mortgagees and the Association has been given the consent and authority of the Members to convey
common elements as necessary to give effect to the plat, including without limitation the dimensions of Units
as depicted on this plat. Therefore, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is acknowledged by the Association, the Association has remised, released, soid and quitclaimed to the
Owner (whose Unit as shown on this plat include areas that were or may have previously been depicted as
common elements on any prior plat), and by these presents to remise, sell and quitclaim unto such Owner
any and all common elements that are or may be contained within the airspace (delineated within the
perimeter walis, floors, ceilings, windows and doors) of such Unit as shown on this plat and as described in
the Condominium Declaration, to have and to hold ihe same in all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and ali the estate, right, titie, interest
and claim whatsoever of the Association, either i� law or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of such Owner, its heirs and assigns forever.
