Landscape and Irrigation revisions based upon the new configurations. 5. MEP Revisions CIVIL: Sheet # Description of Revisions C1.03: Revised sidewalk alignment to accommodate new gas pad location. Revised adjacent grading. Revised path material from asphalt to concrete for the portion of the path that connects to the frontage road from the 10' wide concrete path (the emergency fire truck access at the NW corner of the site). Added two signs. C1.03B: Added storm sewer and a curb inlet to capture runoff from the north side of the frontage road median and discharge it in the roadside ditch. C1.04: Revised gas meter location. C1.05: Added an irrigation line and meter box for providing irrigation to the frontage road median. C1.07: Added median details. Added CDOT storm sewer trench detail. C1.08: Added TOV curb inlet detail and a TOV sign post detail. C1.09: Added an irrigation tap detail. L6 : Landscape and irrigation revisions were made to include the CDOT US Highway 6 median landscape to the north, adjustments to landscape areas around the building based on the new gas meter location and sidewalk revisions, and adjustments to the landscape around the west side of the building to accommodate Vail Spa requests for informal arrangement of plantings and meandering shrub bed. IRRIGATION Sheet # Description of Revisions IR-1 : Revised to match updated civil and landscape configuration. ARCHITECTURAL Sheet # Description of Revisions A2.01: Revised the Frontage road median, fire truck access, gas meter location and sidewalk configuration to match the Civil engineer plans. ELECTRICAL: Sheet # Description of Revisions E2.00 : Added junction box for irrigation controller. Moved duplex receptacle to avoid pathway. E1.12 : Added circuit number TOV-14 for irrigation controller. MECHANICAL: Sheet # Description of Revisions M1.17: Delete snow melt zones 10 and 12. (Cap unused Zone box piping in level P-1). Reduce the size of Zone 11 and relocate the zone valve box. PLUMBING : Sheet # Description of Revisions P2.01A : Relocate the gas meters and associated piping.
