The following revisions have been made to the Permit Drawings, originally submitted on March 24,
2014. Specific revision items are generally listed here in drawing-by-drawing format, as requested.

Architectural Drawin�Sheets:
G00.3 General Information:
1. Updated project directory& noted Silich Construction as Contractor of Record.
A11.4 Roof Demolition Plan:
1. Revised demolition notes due to existing conditions.
A21.2 Main Level Plan:
1. Revised master balcony hot tub and surrounding balcony wall.
2. Revised & clarified mechanical attic equipment at master bedroom.
3. Revised exterior wall framing at Q-line attics due to structural bearing&existing conditions.
4. Added wood flooring and wall with 4'0" opening at corridor/foyer.
5. Revised doors at wet bar.
A21.3 Upper Level Plan:
1. Revised living room balcony walls and adjacent roof areas due to structural bearing &
existing conditions.

clearances.
