Background
The project goal is to undergo testing at final construction to determine if the project meets code
requirements for air lealcage (3ACH50). ACH50 results as determined by depressurizing each
unit are listed below.
Site Observations
To comply with RESNET sampling protocol, testing was completed on ll randomly-chosen
units in each building in a variety of conditions (i.e. firewall, unit type, and number of exterior
walls).
Outside air temperature during the test was approximately 35°F. Construction was finished. All
windows were installed and latched shut. The blower door test was performed in the entrance
door to each unit.
