Background
Final duct leakage performance testing was completed for all upper level units in Building 4 of
Lion's Ridge Apartments.
The Town of Vail has adopted the 2012 IECC, which currently requires that losses within the duct
system do not exceed 4 cubic feet per minute (cfm)to the exterior of the unit for every 100 square
feet of living space.
