Others attending the meeting:
Steve Lindstrom called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM.
Scott made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2014 meeting. James seconded the motion. There was no discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
Staff presented 4166 Columbine Drive’s exchange request to exchange the employee housing unit (EHU) at 4166 Columbine Drive for a fee in lieu payment to the Town of Vail pursuant to
Section 12-13-5, Employee Housing Unit Deed Restriction Exchange Program, Vail Town Code. There was a brief discussion about the approved variance. Following the discussion, Mary made
a motion to recommend approval of the proposed exchange to the Vail Town Council. James seconded the motion. There was no further discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
Staff presented 97 Rock Ledge’s exchange request to exchange the employee housing unit (EHU) at 97 Rock Ledge Road for a fee in lieu payment to the Town of Vail pursuant to Section 12-13-5,
Employee Housing Unit Deed Restriction Exchange Program, Vail Town Code. The Vail Town Council conditionally approved this on September 16, 2014. Following the discussion, Craig made
a motion to recommend approval of the proposed exchange to the Vail Town Council. James seconded the motion. There was no further discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
The next meeting will be scheduled as needed.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:32 PM.
