PRReport November2016 November 14, 2016 TO: Vail Local Marketing District Advisory Council FROM: Kristin Yantis and Melissa Delekta, MYPR CC: Kelli McDonald, Town of Vail RE: November Public Relations Report In November, MYPR focused on wrapping up summer 2016 efforts and preparing strategy for 2017.  Worked with Cactus to develop the 2017 target media list based on the ne w customer profile information.  Updated Summer Media Center with new images of Vail from Jack Affleck.  Updated media contacts in New York, Chicago and Texas for in-market media tours.  Started setting up meetings with community partners to thank them for their support in 2016.  Set up November 28 PR partners meeting with Vail Mountain and key contacts. Sample Media Placements Each month we will provide the VLMDAC with highlight clips. All media clips are available online.
