Subject: One Vail Road Compliance with EHU Deed Restriction
One Vail Road, containing the Four Seasons Hotel ("Property"), is subject to an October
21, 2010 Deed Restriction Agreement for Occupancy and Rental of an Employee
Housing Unit, subjecting the Property to a burden to provide a prescribed number of
employee housing beds.
The Property is responsible to certify compliance with the deed restriction annually. The
Human Resources Manager of the Four Seasons certified compliance with the deed
restriction by a January 21,2016 affidavit ("Affidavit").
The next certification of compliance from the Property is due on February 1, 2017.
At your request, the Community Development Department reviewed the Affidavit and its
files concerning the Property. As of the date set forth above, the Community
Development Department has no knowledge or information that the Property does not
comply with the deed restriction.
