NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on December 12,2016 at 1:00pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building, 75 S.
Frontage Road, Vail, CO 81657.
Chamonix Employee Housing Development -2310 Chamonix Road
A request for final review of a Development Plan, pursuant to Section 12-61-11, Vail
Town Code, to allow for the future development of Employee Housing Units on the
Chamonix parcel located at 2310 Chamonix Road, Parcel B, Resubdivision of Tract D,
Vail Das Schone Filing 1, and setting forth details in regard thereto. (PEC 150019)
