Be it resolved that the plans brought forward by Mr. Jeff Selby, owner of units Cl, C2, and C3, to redevelop the Rucksack Building, per the plans dated September 29, 2007, are approved. a. Mr. Jeff Selby will bear all cost related to the redevelopment. Be it resolved that all energy and services that are not individually metered per unit will be charged using the following formula. This formula produces a weighed percentage based on the higher energy consumption of full time commercial businesses versus part time residences. a.
