The Board of Directors for the Vail Heights Condominium Association provide this letter as
written approval for the following proposed improvement to be completed at 2079 Chamonix
Lane, Unit #1:
The existing windows will be replaced with Anderson 100 1 horizontal sliding windows. The
windows will have a "Dark Bronze" aluminum clad exterior and if needed, will be painted to
match the color of existing windows.
Since a color sample was not provided with the approval request, we are unable to determine
whether the windows will need to be painted. If a "Dark Bronze" sample is provided to us prior
to installation of the windows, we can let you know whether painting is needed. Otherwise, we
will make that determination after the installation of the windows.
We understand this proposed improvement will be submitted to the Town of Vail Design Review
Board for approval. We also understand minor modifications may be made to the plans over the
course of the review process to ensure compliance with the Town's applicable codes and
regulations.
