DAMPERS FOR OUTDOOR AIR SUPPLY SHALL AUTOMATICALLY SHUT
WHEN THE SYSTEM OR SPACES SERVED ARE NOT IN USE OR DURING
BUILDING WARM-UP, AND SETBACK. OPERATION OF DAMPERS SHALL BE
ALLOWED DURING VENTILATION PREPURGE ONE HOUR BEFORE
EXPECTED OCCUPANCY.

1. LUBE ALL BEARINGS AND LINKAGES AS REQUIRED
2. CHECK ALL MOTORS AND DRIVES
3. REPLACE ALL FAN BELTS
4. VISUALLY INSPECT ALL SYSTEMS FOR REFRIGERANT, OIL OR WATER LEAKS
5. CHECK CONTROL SETTINGS
6. CHECK OPERATION OF SAFETY CONTROLS
7. CHECK GENERAL OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT
8. CHECK ALL SEALS AND PACKING
9. CHECK STARTER CONTACT POINTS
10. CHECK AND TIGHTEN ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
11. CHECK OPERATION OF CYLINDER UNLOADERS
12. CHECK SOLENOID AND EXPANSION VALVES FOR CORRECT OPERATION
13. CHECK ALL DAMPERS FOR PROPER POSITION AND OPERATION
14. CALIBRATE CONTROLS AS REQUIRED

THIS SECTION DESCRIBES THE MANNER THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL OPERATE TO MAINTAIN SETPOINT
TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE CONDITIONED SPACE. UNIT CONTROLLER SHALL BE ABLE TO CONTROL HEATING
INSIDE THE UNIT IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED/UNOCCUPIED, HEATING SET POINTS AS INDICATED ON
PLANS. OPERATING SCHEDULES AS PER TENANT BASED ON BUSINESS HOURS.
OCCUPIED:
SUPPLY FAN ON. - SUPPLY FAN SHALL BE ON ALL TIMES DURING OCCUPIED MODE. THE OUTDOOR AND RETURN
AIR DAMPERS ARE OPENED.
COOLING MODE
N/A.
HEATING MODE
AS SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW TEMPERATURE SET POINT AS SENSED BY THE ROOM THERMOSTAT,
THE CONTROLLER SHALL ACTIVATE THE HEATING SYSTEM TO MAINTAIN SPACE TEMPERATURE
UNOCCUPIED:
SUPPLY FAN OFF. - THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER IS CLOSED AND RETURN AIR DAMPER IS FULL OPEN.
COOLING MODE
N/A.
HEATING MODE
WHEN SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW NIGHT SETBACK SET POINT, THE UNIT WILL BE ACTIVATED INTO
HEATING MODE AND RUN UNTIL SET POINT IS ACHIEVED. AT THIS TIME THE UNIT WILL SHUT BACK OFF.
