1. Relocate sprinklers inside existing sprinklered unit to code compliant status due to new wall and
ceiling configurations.
2. All materials will remain compatible, Type M copper pipe and Wrot copper fittings.
3. All K-Factors of existing heads will match the new heads: 1/2 inch concealed residential pendant,
and recessed residential sidewalls.
4. As-built drawings will be submitted at project completion.
5. All fittings,hangers,heads and devices will be listed in accordance with NFPA 13R guidelines
and local and international codes,and will be installed in accordance with said listings.
