RE: Alm Resi Restaurant remodel
Mr. Vaughan,
This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will
be performed by Western States Fire Protection in The Vista Bahn building second level.
Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system.
: Relocate six existing heads away from new ceiling beams to prevent obstruction from new beams.
Coverage will maintain required spacing for coverage throughout dinning, kitchen, and restroom areas.
All work performed will comply with NFPA13 and local standards.
This is a steel pipe wet (water system) system on the second level of the Vista Bahn building. All
Materials will be compatible with the existing system.
It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work
described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is
required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
