Re: Scope of Work Letter-2077 N Frontage Rd West
Dear Mike:
We've been contracted to replace the fire alarm panel located in the Brandess Building at 2077 N.
Frontage Rd West. The existing alarm panel is a non supported and discontinued conventional
Simplex 2001. We will be installing a Silent Knight 5820XL addressable alarm panel. We will be
doing a device for device replacement of all existing notification and initiating devices. All initiating
devices will be addressable. We will be adding heat detectors and strobes in bathrooms where
none currently exists. We will also add additional notification (horn/strobe) in the upper level
hallway.
Our installation will be performed in accordance with applicable NFPA 70, NFPA 72, IBC codes
and Town of Vail Standards.
