As part of the remodel of Rollie Kjesbo residence,the life safety devices will be brought up to current code
requirements.This will include adding smoke/carbon-monoxide in existing bedrooms, and adding one smoke
detector at the top of the stairs. We will also be installing one carbon monoxide detector in the main living area,
and an additional wireless smoke detector to the master bedroom.
All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail guidelines.All smoke detectors/carbon-monoxide
detectors will be System-Sensor-Cosmo's.The carbon monoxide detector is a Macurco CME-1.The main alarm
control panel will be a Honeywell Vista 128-BPT.
The value of the job is $1000.
