Vail design review approval for this proposal.
No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
Prior to issuance of a building permit for the expansion of the spa and/or salon, Applicant shall pay to the
Town of Vail an Employee Housing fee-in-lieu of $49,765 for the 0.28 employees generated by the proposed
project, as required by Section 12-23-2, Vail Town Code and as proposed in the Applicant Narrative, dated
December 29, 2016 and revised January 19, 2017.
