This shows strength in the association market which tends to book programs further out and is a strong indicator of the strength of the Vail brand in the group & meeting marketplace. The future pipeline is down primarily due to the increase in bookings for future years and is not necessarily a negative given the large increase in “on the books” (confirmed) programs.
