Re: January 2017 group sales dashboard
Key Performance Indicators: YTD:
New leads generated: 20 YTD leads generated: 20
Groups booked YTD: 3 Room nights in system: 27,099
Leads in system: 48 Future Pipeline: -30%
Room Nights on-the-books: +76%
What’s Next (February):
Luxury Meetings Summit – Phoenix, AZ
VVP Hosted Client Event – Phoenix, AZ
Executive Summary:
January is typically a strong month for lead generation and this year was no exception; 20 new
leads were sent to lodging properties and room nights on the books (for 2017 and future years) is
very strong. 2017 is up 27% compared to 2016 on the books, and future years are up 134%. This
shows strength in the association market which tends to book programs further out and is a
strong indicator of the strength of the Vail brand in the group & meeting marketplace.
The future pipeline is down primarily due to the increase in bookings for future years and is not
necessarily a negative given the large increase in “on the books” (confirmed) programs.
