Executive Summary:
February was a good month for group sales with numerous in market trade shows & events as
well as three site tours.
The future pipeline is down primarily due to part to the loss of the Colorado Municipal League
(CML), a long-standing program that has rotated between Vail and Breckenridge and has
outgrown our meeting space capabilities.
