Unit 1021 at the Four Seasons Hotel is undergoing a tenant remodel for a private residence. The project scope of work
requires alterations to the fire alarm system.
Several wall and ceiling types are being changed. The fire alarm scope of work includes the following:
One (1) new smoke detector with sounder base will be added to the updated dining room due to ceiling changes.
One (1)existing CO detector in the living room will be relocated due to wall changes.
One (1) existing wall mount speaker only in the living room will be replaced with a ceiling mount speaker only due to wall
and finish changes.
All devices will be tied back into the existing SLC, and Audio circuits in the unit. Systems Group record files will be
updated based on installation provided as-built documents.
The building fire alarm graphic map will be updated to reflect the project changes.
