Frontage Road W. Vail, Colorado 81657 Dear Mike, This letter outlines Phase 2 of the Enzian Condominiums fire alarm project. Last summer, the fire alarm panel malfunctioned and was replaced. Phase 2 was to be completed this spring. This phase will include the installation of smoke/carbon monoxide and smoke/heat detectors with integral sounders into each unit. Carbon monoxide detection will sound a local alarm and call the fire department. Smoke detection will be a local, supervisory condition only. Heat detection will activate a general alarm condition. Devices have an integral sounder base for occupant notification, temporal 3 pattern for smoke or heat detection, and temporal 4 pattern for carbon monoxide. Drawings outlining device locations are attached. A battery calculation and equipment data sheets are also included. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely, Deborah L.
