Scope of Work
As part of the remodel of Unit 104 in Vantage Point, the Life Safety devices will be brought up to current code
requirements. This will include: adding smoke detectors to the two bedrooms; moving the existing smoke
detector closer to the Living Room to provide Bedrooms/Hallway coverage as well as Living Room; and adding a
monitored smoke detector to provide Bedrooms/Hallway coverage as well as the gas appliance in the Living
Room.
All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail guidelines. All detectors will be new and fully
compatible with the existing FireLite FACP. All devices will be tested 100%and inspected by VFD.
