Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remodel of unit 154 at the Lions
Square Lodge South Building. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to
NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire. Work performed will be to add one new combination
Smoke / Heat / Co detector and one new Combination Smoke / Heat detectors. Each of
these devices will also be provided with addressable sounder bases that will provide the local
and general alarm notification for the unit. These devices will be added to the current main
fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 and will provide continuity between the new
area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
