Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remodel of unit 209 in Manor Vail.
The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail
Fire. Work performed will be to add one new CO detector in the hallway/living room area to
provide monitored CO coverage for the space. One monitor module will also be added to
provide the supervision for the co detector. The 24vdc will be brought from the closest
sounder base.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
