Scope of Work
As part of the remodel of Unit 504 in Vantage Point, the Life Safety devices will be brought up to current code
requirements. This will include: adding smoke detectors to the three bedrooms that don't have them; and
adding a monitored carbon monoxide detector to each level to provide Bedrooms/Hallway coverage as well as
the gas appliance in the Living Room.
All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail guidelines. All detectors will be new and fully
compatible with the existing FireLite FACP. All devices will be tested 100%and inspected by VFD.
