Dear Mike,
Scope of Work: We have been contracted by Rocky Mountain Construction Group to assist in the
remodel of Lodge at Vail Unit 534.
This letter is our request for a permit to be issued for the following work:
Re-wire and install devices consisting of a new smoke detector with sounder base in two bedrooms, in
the halt outside the bedrooms, in the high livingroom ceiling, and in the dining room. Additionally a
Carbon Monoxide detector will be installed and monitored by the fire alarm system on each floor of the
unit. Speakers will be installed in each bedroom and on the main floor. Please note all devices will be
furnished new to replace the devices already existing. This remodel will not have impact on the current
battery calculations. Encore Electric will be our sub-contractor running wire and installing devices.
