Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Remodel
Dear Mike, Approved for install changes
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remodel of unit 203 at Vail Village
Inn. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by
Vail Fire. Work performed will be to install one new multi-criteria smoke detector in the
bedroom and hallway. One multi-criteria detector that includes CO will be installed in the
living room. Two speakers will be added for general alarm notification, one in the bedroom
and one in the living room. These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control
system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 in and will provide continuity between the new area and the
existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
